Gorilla King Media LLC (“Gorilla King Media”, “we”, “us”) runs gorillakingmedia.com and our client portal at clients.gorillakingmedia.com. This page explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email, phone, company and anything you share when you book a session, fill out a form, email us or work with us as a client.
- Client portal information. If you are a client, your sign-in email, the project tasks, approvals, notes and documents you add, and a record of actions taken in the portal.
- Website usage. Pages viewed, device and browser type, and how you arrived, collected through cookies and similar tools, including the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag.
How we use it
- To schedule sessions, respond to you and deliver projects.
- To run the client portal, including sign-in emails, reminders and project updates.
- To understand which pages and campaigns are working, and to show our ads to people likely to find them useful.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host (WordPress.com), scheduling (Cal.com), email delivery (Resend, Google Workspace), automation (Make), hosting and databases (Cloudflare, Supabase), and advertising and analytics (Meta, LinkedIn). They may use it only to provide their services to us. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Signing in with Google
If you sign in to our client portal with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile picture. We use them to identify you and match you to your projects, and nothing else.
Your choices
- You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in the email or by contacting us.
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad preferences in your Meta and LinkedIn account settings.
- You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it to work with you and to meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete it.
