Challenge
A three-weekend Parade of Homes celebration with a 1965 high-school homecoming theme required more than 30 videos—all on tight, rolling deadlines.
Many homes were unfinished right up to opening, forcing creative framing and selective staging to keep the illusion intact.
We also needed to echo brand guidelines (palette, fonts/type, motion language) and weave in 1960s-era music while collaborating with the Jim Allen Group’s internal team to keep messaging on-brand across channels.

Solution
We built a theme-first, fast-turn pipeline that married brand fidelity with on-the-fly production.
Content Plan & Ops: Mapped a capture schedule for strategic release for more than 60 deliverables (reels, shorts, YouTube videos, stills, recaps), with same-day and next-day rush paths.
Theme Execution: Coordinated set design, wardrobe, and props (homecoming banners, pennants, megaphones, letterman cues) to sell the 1965 vibe across locations.
Unfinished Homes Strategy: Shotlists prioritized angles, depth of field, and tight details; staged micro-vignettes away from construction zones; used motivated blocking to keep focus on finished features.
Brand Alignment: Applied brand colors, fonts, and type treatment; guided motion pacing to match campaign tone; licensed/curated 1960s-inspired tracks with clean stems for consistent sonic identity.
Collaboration & Approvals: Worked inside the internal team’s review cadence for rapid feedback, ensuring on-brand voice and unified calls-to-action across all posts.

Video finalization
Every cut passed brand and platform checks before release:
Quality & Brand QA: Confirmed palette accuracy, typography, logo safety, and lower-third rules across aspect ratios (9:16, 16:9).
Color & Sound: Scene-referred color workflow for true materials and consistent skin tones; 1960s-inspired music mixed to VO/SFX standards with deliverable-specific loudness targets.
Versioning & Captions: Platform-native exports, captions, hooks/thumbnails aligned to the theme.
Rush Approvals: Same-day and rush delivery for weekend drops.
