The difference, made visible.
How we found what mattered to the customer, and how we showed it.
- 01The challenge
A safer surface that looked like any other slab.
Engineered stone can contain more than 90% crystalline silica, and the dust causes silicosis. ÉCLOS has none, but on a showroom floor it looks like every other slab.
- 02What was at stake
A U.S. launch riding on one message.
Fabricators had to trust it would cut safely, with veining that runs through the whole slab so cut edges match the face. Miss that, and it’s just another surface.
- 03How we showed it
Unscripted launch film.
Pointed interview questions instead of a script, built around three messages: silica-free, workable, sustainable. Shot in a working warehouse with haze and hard backlight for a bold, premium look.
- 04The result
Launched ÉCLOS in the U.S.
Delivered on time after three review rounds with Cosentino's marketing and legal teams, meeting creative, brand and regulatory requirements.
Behind the scenes
A small crew, a planned shot list, and time to get the details right.
